Markmydigi Technologies ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at markmydigi.com, including this blog. This policy covers that website only. Our products (Relay, Settle and Creatiminds) are separate applications with their own privacy terms, since they collect different information for different purposes.
What we collect
We keep this deliberately short, because we don't collect much:
- Contact form. When you fill in the form on our Contact page, it doesn't submit to our server. It opens your own email app with your name, phone, email, service interest and message pre-filled, addressed to info@markmydigi.com. The message only reaches us once you send it yourself, and we then hold that email in our inbox like any other correspondence, for as long as is reasonably needed to respond to you and keep a record of the conversation.
- Direct contact. If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp directly, we receive whatever you send us the normal way those services work.
- Blog reading. We keep an aggregate view count per article (a number, not tied to any visitor identity) so we know which topics are useful. We don't run any visitor-level analytics or tracking on the blog at this time.
- Cookie/consent preference. If you interact with our cookie banner, your choice (Accept or Essential only) is saved in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again. We don't currently run any analytics or advertising scripts that this preference would control: the banner is there ahead of us adding any, not because we're already tracking you.
We don't have user accounts, newsletter sign-ups, comments, or payment collection anywhere on markmydigi.com itself.
Third-party services we use
Pages on this site load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Loading a font makes a request to Google's servers, which can see the request including your IP address, the same as any web request. See Google's Privacy Policy for how they handle that. We don't use any other third-party scripts, analytics, or advertising tools on markmydigi.com at this time. If that changes, we'll update this page and our cookie banner accordingly.
How we use what we collect
Only to respond to your enquiry, deliver the services you've asked about, and understand which blog content is worth writing more of. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Cookies and local storage
The only thing we store in your browser today is your cookie-consent choice. This is "essential" storage needed to remember a preference you set, not a tracking cookie. You can clear it any time via your browser's site settings, which will just show you the cookie banner again on your next visit.
Data security
The site is served over HTTPS. Our blog's admin area (used only by our own team to publish articles) uses hashed passwords, CSRF-protected forms, and a login-rate limiter: standard practice, not a guarantee that nothing can ever go wrong, but a real effort to keep it that way.
Your rights
If you've sent us your information via our contact form, email or WhatsApp, you can ask us to tell you what we have, correct it, or delete it, by writing to info@markmydigi.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time. This is in line with the principles of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023; if you're located elsewhere and have specific rights under your local law (such as the GDPR), the same request process applies: email us and we'll handle it.
Children's privacy
markmydigi.com is a business website and isn't directed at children. Our EdTech venture Creatiminds runs programs for children aged 8–14, but that's operated through creatiminds.com with parents as the point of contact for enrolment and communication, not through this site.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page if what we collect or how we use it changes, and update the date at the top when we do. Significant changes will also be reflected in the cookie banner if relevant.
